Our commitment to the property management community

Beagle sales representatives will:

• Proactively introduce property managers to Beagle with the goal of sharing insurance and risk management solutions that may help them run a more profitable business and reduce risk exposure
• Make reasonable efforts to connect with appropriate decision-makers at property management companies
• Be forthright in our communication, clearly identify Beagle, and accurately describe the business reason for our outreach
• Conduct outreach during legally permitted hours and in a manner intended to respect the business schedules of the property managers we contact
• Honor opt-out requests from sales communications

Current and recently implemented initiatives

• New automations to de-duplicate leads within our CRM
• New automations to help ensure companies and contacts who have previously requested not to receive Beagle sales communications are included on our internal suppression list
• New automations to help ensure companies and contacts who request not to receive Beagle sales communications now or in the future are included on our internal suppression list
• New automations to flag potential outreach concerns for leadership review
• Feedback loops from leadership to management and the responsible sales team member when potential outreach concerns are identified
• Accountability measures for failure to follow Beagle’s sales outreach policies, with consequences that may include termination
• Engagement with all sales team members on these policies, the importance of following them, and the consequences of failing to do so, with written acknowledgments secured the week of June 8
