Stone Gate: a shared list for insurance follow-up

Stone Gate Property Group manages residential properties in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Before Beagle, staff followed up individually when residents’ policies expired or were canceled.

Tucker Dagle, Stone Gate’s founder and CEO, explains how the team now uses a shared dashboard to review insurance status. The accounting team checks the records and uses that information to make the corresponding entries in its own system. Tucker’s main takeaway is less chasing and time back for his team.
